Atomic Mass Games Releases June 2025 Star Wars: Legion Points & Errata Update

June 16, 2025 – Atomic Mass Games has officially released the June 2025 Star Wars: Legion points update and errata, bringing sweeping changes to the game's competitive balance. This update includes revised unit and upgrade costs, formal errata to multiple cards, and the removal of numerous cards from tournament legality. The changes are now in effect for all official Legion events.
🔄 Broad Adjustments Across All Factions
The Legion June 2025 points update affects nearly every faction, with point reductions, selective increases, and updated costs for specific weapons and personnel.
These changes are outside of AMG’s biannual effort to refine Legion’s competitive play environment, instead confirming their commitment to act to rebalance underperforming units when needed.
🔍 Faction Highlights: Key Point Changes
Here are some of the most impactful changes from the June 2025 update, as listed in the official errata PDF:
🟦 Rebel Alliance
Rebel Veterans and their CM-O/93 trooper saw reductions, with a full squad with both upgrades now costing 120 points.
Ahsoka Tano dropped 20 points to 125.
Sabine Wren and The Darksaber each saw modest cuts.
The AT-RT went up slightly and its weapons were also adjusted to all cost 15 points, so the AT-RT + Gun now comes in at 69 points.
Rebel Sleeper Cell saw some increases with the Astromech and Base Squad increasing by a combined 12 Points.
🟥 Galactic Empire
Shoretroopers received significant cost reductions across all of their cards, with the full squad with heavy now costing 126 Points.
Imperial Death Troopers saw a slight reductions coming down 6 points.
Stormtrooper Riot Squads now cost just 44 points, down from 50, with their KX-Series Security Droids coming down a huge 12 points.
Stormtroopers saw their squad price reduced by 6 points coming in at 40 points for a baseline corps activation.
74-Z Speeder Bikes came down to 70 points.
🟨 Galactic Republic
Yoda dropped from 170 to 150 points.
ARC Troopers went up by 6 points.
Padmé Amidala is now cheaper than R2-D2 coming in at only 52 points.
Clone Commander Cody was also reduced to be on a par with Clone Captain Rex at 95 points.
BARC Speeder gunners became cheaper across the board while the planform itself benefited from the Speeder rebalancing.
🟫 Separatist Alliance
Asajj Ventress now costs 115, down from 130.
STAP Riders down to 70 points.
Droidekas up 7 points to a total of 67 points.
Sun Fac down from 80 to 70 points.
Poggle the Lesser dropped from 80 to 55 points.
🟧 Mercenaries
The Dark Saber is now a free upgrade.
Mandalorian Super Commandos received a 4-point drop.
Pyke Syndicate Foot Soldiers now cost 22, down from 24, and their P13-M Disruptor is also down 2 to 22 points.
